our condos

We have  2 condos upstairs and 2 ground floor - all are facing the ocean and you can enjoy the view on the Gulf of Mexico.

Condo 1 and 2 upstairs about 850 sq ft

Condo 3 and 4 ground floor about 700 sq ft

All units have one bedroom with one king bed and one bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum of 4 persons per unit. 

You will find a fully equipped kitchen in every condo.

We do not provide daily housekeeping. A cleaning fee of 79 USD plus tax appllies to all resesrvations.

You will find a gas grill and a charcoal grill on the terrace downstairs for all our guests.No charcoal provided. Please clean after use. No fire allowed on upstairs balconies.

Washer and dryer on site. You can exchange towels and linens free of charge if needed.
